Sorry for the long delay in completing this translation, to those few who may have been waiting 4 months. With all due respect to mc67kenzie, I honestly felt this story had a weak ending and it would have been better off ended at Part 5. The original ending had Petra going back on a diet again after looking at herself in the mirror (up until Irene gave her that pep talk in the kitchen), and I felt she should be past those doubts by this point. Also the last chapter didn't give Marcus much to do, after he was built up as such an interesting boyfriend character.

I sat on this for a while deciding what to do, and I ended up doing a lot of edits in an effort to make a stronger conclusion. I chopped out the meandering portion where Petra wanted to lose weight. And I added the final steamy restaurant scene by borrowing elements from a mc67kenzie short story, Dinner with Vera. I think the transplant came out pretty darn successful, and Marcus got the big rewards he deserved!
